Delegate Fall Florals, Nashville Edition

It’s finally fall, y’all! Like everyone, I adore this time of year, especially the decorating. Of course that means pumpkins and mums for my porch, but I also love to bring the colors and feel of autumn to every room inside my house. The easiest way to do that is with flowers, and while I often grab my blooms at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods, occasionally I treat myself to special, more elevated florals. To that end, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite, local resources for everything from fall wreaths to seasonal subscriptions. I definitely encourage y’all to follow these folks on Instagram, as well; the pretty images are such a nice jolt of “happy,” plus you’ll get early info on new offerings, services, product availability, and more.

LMA Designs (@lma_designs): Owner Lauren is a leading event florist here in Nashville and luckily for us, she also offers a monthly subscription service called “Wink.” On the first Tuesday of each month, you receive a beautiful, seasonal arrangement delivered to your door. You can opt for a small, medium, or large bouquet and prices start at $30/month. You’re billed a few days before delivery and you can cancel your subscription anytime with a month’s notice. In addition to Wink, they also offer one-off floral arrangements for pickup or delivery, as well as virtual floral classes and kid activities.

FLWR Shop (@flwrshop): The FLWR team is offering a monthly “FLWR Box” activity with seasonal blooms delivered to your home and step-by-step video instructions to create a gorgeous arrangement. The vase and floral tape are also included. You’ve seen me tackle one of these on Insta Stories and it’s a very fun, zen activity with beautiful results. This isn’t a subscription; Boxes are purchased individually. Keep your eyes peeled on Instagram, since they announce each new Box at the beginning of the month and include a link to purchase. Note that FLWR also offers a separate, customizable subscription service (a wonderful gift idea).

A Village of Flowers (@avillageofflowers): I love this florist in Hillsboro Village and their fall arrangements are stunning. They have a fantastic and easy online ordering system, and while you can of course call for a custom bouquet, I always love the seasonal designs they put on the website. Note that A Village of Flowers also offers a customizable subscription service. Call to discuss your price point and length of subscription. The flexibility makes this a great gift idea, too!

TN Cut Flower Company (@tncutflowerco): This is a fantastic resource for seasonal, locally-grown flowers. The best part is you can purchase blooms for delivery almost anywhere in the greater Nashville area (check out their delivery zone). You can also preorder bouquets to pick up at the Nolensville Farmers Market. They have everything from peonies in the spring to lisianthus and sunflowers in late summer. Right now they’re offering the most beautiful fall wreaths made of dried florals and greenery. Wreaths measure 22” and are a perfect addition to autumnal décor.

Natchez Glen (@natchezglenhouse): This is a fun option for anyone with a green thumb. Natchez Glen is a local flower farm offering a collection of “Curated Gardens.” The plants in each collection include varieties of our favorite flowers, and some also have different blooms that fit a certain theme (e.g. “Curated Cottage Garden”). The Daffodil, Hellebore, and Iris Curated Gardens are best planted in the fall. Plants are shipped to you via FedEx 2nd Day and include instructions for planting and care, plus a video series for extra help. You can select from either full sun or shade collections, depending on your garden.
