Y’all know that I preach constantly about repurposing the pieces you already own for entertaining. In that spirit, I wanted to show you another take on my “Late Summer” table.

For my second look, I simply swapped out the etúHOME wooden boards for colorful plates and bowls. Cabbage dishware is definitely having a moment these days, but it’s also classic and makes for fantastic accent pieces. I found mine on clearance at Dillard’s (a lucky score) but Tory Burch has similar plates and bowls. These fabulous dinner plates are from Aerin Lauder’s Williams Sonoma collaboration. Sadly they’re no longer available but you can still snag the salad plates from this collection. All of the Freshly Set table linens remained the same. I tweaked things slightly by tucking the napkin under the dinner plate instead of keeping it to the side with the utensils.

Again, I always say invest in pieces that you can use again and again with different accessories. I have absolutely no qualms about reusing table setups that I love, and making little changes (like swapping the plates) helps to keep things fresh.
